Services are provided within Malaysia, primarily in the Klang Valley region. Availability is subject to current capacity and demand.

4. Engagement & Fees

All engagements begin with a written agreement that clearly sets out the scope of work, fee, and expected timeline. Fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The exact fee schedule will be confirmed in the engagement agreement prior to any work commencing. quartiili reserves the right to revise service fees for new engagements at any time.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements and circumstances
• Respond to communications from quartiili in a reasonably timely manner
• Not use information provided by quartiili for purposes outside your agreed engagement
• Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your rental search and tenancy

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of quartiili or its licensors. A limited, non-exclusive licence is granted to users to view and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Malaysia, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
